Stayed an hour late on a Friday night just to get my vehicle finished. They do great honest work and will go the extra mile. They have earned all my business and I will refer them heavily. They changed all my axle seals, upper and lower ball joints, and did the alignment on my excursion.  Going in next week for a transmission servicing. JD and Corey are awesome!

Discount Tire sent me here to get an alignment check.  I had installed (previously) 4 new tires and two new inner tie rods.  All I needed from Network was a 4 wheel alignment.  When I picked the car up I noticed right away the steering wheel wasn't straight, it was off center but the vehicle drove fine so I didn't really care enough to return.  When I got home something told me to check behind these guys and boy am I glad I did.  The jam/lock nut on the drivers side outer tie rod wasn't tight.  I could turn it by hand and it also meant the rod could have worked its way loose making the vehicle lose control.  I am a Ford Certified Technician with over 25 years of experience (retired) so I do know what I'm talking about.  
I tightened the nut and and hope the tie rod didn't move on my trip home.  If it did my alignment is off too and that's assuming it was ever aligned properly to begin with.  Mistakes happen and maybe the mechanic was having a bad day.  Probably won't be going back to this shop for front end work.

Needed a quick diagnosis to see if we could get back to Flagstaff. Symptoms included smoke billowing from the engine compartment and it would have been very easy to convince me to do the work here, but the mechanics assured me that the car was fine.  They even charged only half of their regular diagnostic fee. Professionalism and care - this is a great garage!
