Very professional and hardworking workers at this shop. I bought a car that was considered a lemon since the gasket blew one week into me having it, Mr Mike was so helpful and welcoming to me. He made me feel so comfortable with paying the price to getting everything fixed and I appreciate the awesome work they have done on my car. It is honestly running like a champ and I don't want to take my car anywhere else from this moment on. Thanks Mr Mike!

Mike Nichols and Nichols Automotive have been my go-to guys for several years now. They do great work, and don't rob me. When I had a mysterious electronic issue, they worked with me until they solved it!

They run an honest shop they take pride in what they do with your vehicle I have four vehicles that I take to Nichols Automotives the service work. They're one of the best if not the best and Augusta.

I recently took a 2008 Jeep Wrangler to Nichol's Automotive. I got what I believe was a fair quote for the work that was needed (new engine) and the new engine. The work was done quickly and very well. I feel comfortable taking my vehicle back here for any other work that might need to be done as well as suggesting this shop to friends and family. Mike Nichol's is the owner/manager of the shop and he is honest, upfront, and trustworthy. I had taken my Jeep to other shops around the CSRA and the Jeep dealership and all the other quotes I received were astronomical and the wait times were outrageous. I cannot say enough good things about this shop and the work they do. Thank you so much for all you did for me Nichol's Automotive!!
