After having a bad experience at a local dealership, I came to alliance. It was almost closing time and my salesman Mike, went right to work to try and get me some deals with his sales manager! And let me tell you this man, worked it and got me a great deal on a brand new 2017!! The whole team was great, but mike and jamal where fabulous!!! Thank you for helping me get into my car and making this a great experience!

I am extremely happy with this dealership and would recommend them to anyone. I bought a NV passenger site unseen and trusted Bryan and Sarah that the car was good. They were great with the paperwork and getting everything done. Others Nissan dealer should take notes on customer service. Very happy with my purchase and the service they gave me.

Thank you Michael Harrell and Nissan of Elizabeth City. I have bought my last 3 cars from Nissan Elizabeth City, and has always received great service from everyone here. Michael has sold me every car I have ever bought from there and he has always gone above and beyond to help me. He is kind, understanding, and patient. Everyone I came in contact with today was very pleasant, and spoke to me whenever in passing . My experience today was awesome. I couldn't ask for a better team then the people at Nissan of Elizabeth City. Thank you all so much for taking the time and helping me get into my new car. I couldn't had done this without Michael Harrell and the great people at Nissan of Elizabeth City.

The service here is beyond excellent! I've come here for a recall on my car and they handled it wonderfully. The loaner team and Karen were amazing even extending my loaner and additional due to a light coming on (was not related to service). Then when my car finally had it this past Monday (1/22/18) the sales team did their up most to help me. From the woman who worked me to find a vehicle over the phone that was in my price range, had wonderful mpg, and even relatively low milage. Angela was great. My salesmen, Mike Harrell, was amazing. He worked past closing to get my paperwork started and get it to where I could drive off the lot that day in my new vehicle. He was even willing to work with my schedule for the return trip to finish up my paperwork. Jimmy, in the business office was great answering my questions and working out a spelling issues on the paperwork in a timely manner. I can't recommend this dealership more. I called a lot of dealerships Monday. They told me that if never find what I was looking for and wanted me to spend more money then I could. Nissan of Elizabeth City way able to come right up with what I was looking for and didn't try to push things I didn't want on me.
