GM quit making the part I needed. The employee did not stop there, he checked the deleted parts warehouse also. They did not have the part, again he did not stop. He then checked the internet for me. But to no luck, he could not find my part. So to end things he recommended a  car stereo installation store nearby. Fantastic customer service!!!!!

My husband had a 10am appointment to get his door handle fixed. It’s after 2pm, we have called twice for a status and they still have not pulled the truck in to even look at it. What’s the point of having an appointment, if they aren’t going to pull your car in and start on it?  HORRIBLE SERVICE! If you’re getting service here, then I’d highly recommend waiting for your vehicle as opposed to dropping it off. If you plan on dropping it off, expect for your vehicle to be looked at last...even if you had an appointment. Will never recommend getting service here.

Sales side is good.  They treat you like family and don't pressure you into anything.  Currently working on purchasing a car now and love their business practices...but...the service department flat-out sucks.  Had a bad experience where they said my warranty would cover a problem with my transmission (common Acadia junk) and put us in a free rental car.  Called me later that day and said they weren't sure now if it was a warrant issue and I would have to return the rental car and pay $55 for using it.  Umm...I don't think so.  Took the car back and walked out not paying a penny after showing my tail.  Dug into the problem myself and found out it WAS a warranty issue...but instead of carrying it back to the incompetence of the service department I had already experienced, I bought the parts and changed it myself.  And guess what?  It only cost $20 to fix.  They wanted to charge me over $2000.  So lesson here...if you go to this service department...no matter what they say, always get a second opinion elsewhere, or figure it out yourself.

Awesome job with Mrs Hilda Parker and Mr. Tim Williams in locating  me a 2017 suburban and financing.  I was not an easy customer at times but both maintained their professionalism and that along speak great volume to this dealership and to me.  Highly recommend!!.
