I personally do not trust this place anymore. I've come here to get my oil changed for the past 3 years now. Every single time, I tell them to rotate my tires and they said it was done each time(which i shouldve checked). Its time I get new tires, and I know its worn down as I can tell when I drive. But they said my tires are fine. I can see that its worn down to a line thats not safe. And the wearing is very uneven on the four tires indicating that my tires are not rotated. The lesson: always check to make sure they did what you asked, but I'm never coming here as they've lost my trust.

I had a terrible experience when I was recently there to seek help to fix my trunk that won't open. They said they have the parts to fix it, but once they have a look, the minimum is $60. I said fine. One hour later, they asked me if I wanted to go ahead for $130 to see the problems, I said fine. Another one hour later, they told me that the final cost would be $400 to let the workers in to open the trunk from inside. I had to ship the car the following day so I had no choice but to agree. Another one hour later, the car was returned to me but the trunk was still not able to be opened using a key. Their explanation was both the latch and the lock was broken but they ONLY had the latch, so the lock was still not working. What! Wasn’t it you that said you got THE PARTS to fix!  They said since I can open the trunk anyway, the problem should be called fixed, why must you use a key! How nice! What a wonderful excuse! What a wonderful experience!

Bought my car from here, and somehow I ended up having them as my service station. They normally find coupons or specials which is nice to save a little money. There was a recall and they took care of it without any push, they also gave me a loaner car while they kept it as the job would take 1-2 days to complete. Lobby has TV, kids area, work area with plugs and wifi. They also offer popcorn and coffee for waiting customers as well as a shuttle that'll take you to the mall if you don't want to wait around there.

Good communication between the garage and the owners. Pricier than a mechanic, but a good job done.

I had to get my car serviced for a recall and they made it easy. Scheduling was easy. Drop-off and pick-up were easy, and the techs explained everything carefully and clearly.  I would definitely go back for any additional service on my Toyota.
