I have nothing but good things to say about Bob and Brad.  They took my grandson's car at such short notice and were outstanding in the service they provided.  I brought my Grandsons car in on such short notice and they were so accommodating and quick on such short notice and a very fair price as well.   I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone.  give a day and age when sometimes customer service seems to get lost it was most pleasant to see it here!   Thank you again Bob and Brad for being so accommodating and friendly and customer friendly.

Bob and his crew of mechanics are wonderful!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They do the job right the first time and don’t overcharge. I’ve had my car there several times and if they can’t figure it out right away, they don’t just start messing with things just to charge you. I can’t say enough about this shop!!!

I grew up working on cars and while the cars have changed over the years, the concept hasn't so I'm not clueless or naïve when it comes to getting the car repaired for something I can't or don't want to do. After Wright Nissan tried to rip me off for $1,400.00, I went to these guys(they were the closest garage to have my Armada towed to,) and they fixed the real issue for less than $200.00 and that included an oil change. I've been going there since and they have always been honest and even sometimes tell me how to save money. I sometimes wonder if they would rather just fix cars and help people than make money! Even from word of mouth about how good other places are, we will never go to another mechanic again. This Meineke is the only place we'll go to as long as we have a choice.

Bob and his staff are outstanding. Like dealing with the old school mechanic who knows all the ins and outs of a vehicle. Prices are excellent and service is above and beyond. Only place I take my vehicles.

Does not accept coupons from Meineke corporation. Does not look at appointments scheduled online (if you schedule it online, don't expect them to know you are coming). Rude when telling you things, which is very off-putting as a first-time customer.

Update: I emailed the address in the reply to this post on August 31, 2017 and still have not received a reply (it's now 12/12/17). They post this reply to every negative complaint but have zero follow-thru. It's simply a PR move.
