Mike Cornell is the salesman you should ask for when you go there. He got me a great car for a good price. Himself and Greg, a manager, made the process smooth and were willing to make a deal to get me in a new car. 

The only problem I had was that it was so busy, I had to wait a little extra time because of one of their finance guys had to leave for an emergency, which is understandable. 

I recommend if you are shopping around for a vehicle you should consider stopping in and see what they have to offer.

Took my car there in March because of brakes squeaking.  Was told it was salt dust, brakes were fine.  Was charged $35 and on my way.  I was happy!  Now June and brakes still squeaking with a shimmy in steering wheel.  Took it back, had 1:15 appointment.  Took nearly two hours to tell my the brakes were indeed still fine, and the charge is now $68.  I complained and they said 'the price went up a little".  A little?  Nearly doubled in three months!  Shouldn't take that long when you have an appointment either.  I'll never go back.  They are nothing like Mick's old staff.

I went to Jim Shorkey looking to purchase a new 2017 Challenger GT and was met with what I can only describe as the worst sales experience of my life. So bad in fact, that I never bought the car and will never return. The salesman was fantastic. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for the sales manager. I fully intended on purchasing the vehicle until I was told that they wouldn't give me a price for the car unless I agreed to take it home that very day. I fully intended on returning in a few days after I got the finances taken care of on my end. They however refused to so much as give me a price until the time of purchase, even though I told them that the price dictated whether I would be returning. It concluded with the sales manager arguing with me and ignorantly telling me that their dealership clearly wasn't a good fit for me. It was at this point I left more frustrated than I've ever been in my entire life. All I wanted was the price of the car. My advice: if you're looking to be treated respectfully and like a valued customer, look at literally any other dodge dealer in the Pittsburgh area. Even 1 star is too generous, but they don't let you post negative stars. Real score: -10/10

I haven't recently spent 3 different nights at the McKnight road location, working on leasing a truck for my husband. I can not explain how incredible Ryan and the entire sales and leasing department were. Nice is an understatement.  They remembered us every time we walked in the door, and we're really considerate of our budget. They did everything they could to get us what we wanted, and I am happy to say, because of them, my husband drove to work today in a brand new 2017 doge ram! Thank you Jim Shorkey! It really is a great day!

Well, this is by far the best dealerships I've been to. Everyone is extremely friendly and there is absolutely no stress involved in  getting a car. Tristan Ramsey is the sales person  I have worked with. He is amazing and I would recommend him to anyone  Everyone there  wore smiles that made you feel good. They all go out of their way from drinks, popcorn, to freshly baked chocolate chip cookies, which I have to admit were very good.  All I can say is AMAZING !!!
