I went in mostly knowing what I wanted, but ended up talking to Chris K. for a while. He was very up to date with knowledge on the Challenger model that I was interested in. He took the time to meet with me on a couple different days as it was very late in the evening when I first got there. I also met with Eric S, a Finance Manager, who happened to be great to work with as well. He laid out every package option that I could take with my car in an efficient manner. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a car. One of the best buying experiences for me so far.

I bought a 2012 Santa Fe there a couple days ago, it was an excellent experience and I would recommend them to anyone. The prep on the car was the best I've ever seen (new tires and brakes all around) and the detailing was first rate as well. The Salesman (Evan) was great to deal with and always got right back to my texts and phone calls with the answers I needed. This was especially important to me since I was coming in from over 200 miles away to inspect and pick up the vehicle - everything needed to happen right and it all went very smoothly. Thanks again to the team at Jim Shorkey for a pleasant and easy car buying experience.

Very friendly and courteous staff. They handled our repair in a timely and professional manner and would recommend their service department for all your vehicle needs. The first dealership we took our vehicle to could not find the problem between three visits. Went to Jim Shorkey and they found the problem and fixed it and just one day. Thanks guys for your great work.

I was dreading buying a new car, and I could not have had a better experience! Trish was wonderful, made the experience fun quick and easy. She put me at ease and helped me find an awesome vehicle.  She even followed me home to drop off my old car.  Great prices as well, Gabriel in finance was knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. I am a now a Shorkey customer for life!

Tristan Ramsey is an Awesome salesman.  His  knowledge of the vehicles he sells is Genuine.   We were provided EXCELLENT customer service while  shopping for a new vehicle.   We never felt rushed or persuaded into something we did not want. Price of the new vehicle and the trade-in offer was fair.  We left feeling pleased with our deal on a New Ram, as it should be.  We hope the customer service carries through to the service department when needed.
