Wish I can give no stars. They said I still had a year manufacture warranty during a check before a ring up of the laptop I purchased (-lied?- I also bought extended warranty) but found out 4 months later by manufacture that Office Depot started warranty (in 2015) before someone actually purchased the laptop (I purchased in January 2017). I never had manufacture warranty (thanks to office Depot not having a partnership with Dell*) and may have to wait another 6-7 months before I could fix my laptop with extended warranty. Laptop had minor defect with purchase but wasn't enough for exchange, now it's worse after 3rd month and they only have 14 day exchange. When calling manufacture they said to talk to Office Depot, but they have an automated person and had to talk to extended warranty (Hopefully they can solve this). People in the store are always rude and when buying laptop they were pushy with extended warranty (I can see why now). Only good thing is the price. 

*Was told that Office Depot does not have a partnership with Dell to sell their products. So when Office Depot bought the computers off Dell to sell at their store the warranty started.

Update:
Square trade started my extended warranty early due to the problems with my laptop. Never fixed problems only made it worse. They scuffed,scratched,bent, cracked the outside of my laptop, lost the grips at the bottom of the laptop, "lost" an in built (around or over $100) stylus that I never knew I had until I saw that they used a stylus and that something was missing on the side of my laptop. Reimbursed up to $30 for my stylus that I thankfully found on eBay the cheapest around $35. 
WILL NOT USE SQUARETRADE OR OFFICE DEPOT AGAIN UNLESS FOR EMERGENCY

They have the basics. Not a huge variety in items...like binders. But they do have the basics and prices are OK. Friendly!

Rude blonde girl with messed up squirrel teeth didn't let me go to the restroom just because I walked in asked where it was and assumed I wasn't going to buy anything because the bathrooms are apparently only for costomers. Won't come back again.

Getting my computer fix. They  Check 1st before doing any repair for free but you will pay a fee for repair.
