This was my second camping trip to Old Federal. After reading the reviews, my husband and I almost decided not to go to this campsite. We are so glad that we took the time to go to the campsite and thoroughly enjoyed our two stays. It is wonderful to be a place where they strictly enforce rules. We loved the fact that park attendants drive the area throughout the day to ensure peace and quite. We also like the fact that the front gate is locked at night. To bad the campground closes in a few weeks until springtime. We have already booked reservations for 2018.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this beautiful campground. I found the office people friendly and 'take no guff' helpful. I don't have a problem with that, but drama lovers might.

Nice views, nice quiet place, great suclusion! My favorite campground! Not a good place for loud people. If you're loud or your kids are loud you may not like it here! There are no toys and roller coasters or anything fun for kids to do here. With that said, if you're ready for a relaxing quiet time to enjoy the view and nature, it's the right place.

This campground is meticulously taken care of. The Old couple who run it make sure every camper is safe and the disrespectful campers are ask to follow rules. They run a tight ship and I am glad they do as it keeps everyone safe and the place most enjoyable.

Literally one of the most beautiful parks with the most racist staff I've ever met. I watched the older white lady repeatedly talk down to multiple black people while calling them boy amongst other things. As a white man I'm embarrassed at her actions and comments. Totally unexceptionable and how it was noticed by many but acknowledged by none. I will never be back here again and will do everything in my power to bring awareness to this
