I think the place is amazing. When I first walked in, I talked to a lady named Melissa and she hooked me right up and showed me around. She made sure if I need anything don’t be scared to ask, especially with any workout routine I didn’t know about. The staff is also great, they always greet you when you walk in and shows they have make time for you even when it is busy.

I love this gym. It's a good environment to get your workout done, the staff is great, especially Justin (Bo), he is really knowledgeable and helpful. They have everything you need to meet any of your fitness goals. The childcare workers are amazing also. My kids love going with me.

I have had nothing but bad experiences with this gym. Equipment was never working, nothing ever to even clean the equipment with, paper towels, cleaners, etc. When I finally think I have got someone to understand my frustrations, after I had to cancel my membership, I get charged again!!! I could write a list of the things I was frustrated with but Ill keep it down to this!!

My daughter walked right out of the day care and nobody noticed. I only saw it because I was on the treadmill and had clear view in the kids area. A staff member took another girl to the bathroom and my daughter walked right out. I thought she was following the staff member but then took a hard right right towards the door. I sprinted and ran right behind her and finally stopped her in the middle of the street. When it then came to accepting responsibility and owing up to it, was all I got from the 2 Staffmembers who's responsibility it was at that moment "It wasn't my fault!".... sooo, was it then mine?! No sense of personal responsibility what's who ever and that's where they lost me as a costumer. "She was sitting there crying when I took the other girl to the bathroom" said the one staff member... That answer did not make it any better and I had enough and allthough the current manager has been helpful and understood the problem and listen to me upset and rambling on,as well as other staff members that always have been sweet to us, will I cancel my membership, due to the fact that I had to catch up to my daughter and caught her in the street while a car was driving up!!!

When i 1st got my membership i was happy... Now im pissed... 1. They charge toooooo much.. Plant fitness an that $10 plan looking real good. 2. Kinda run down.. Its got good an bad 3. Another review said snobby.. I will just agree... Housekeeping 😎 4.That 25 dollar late fee.. YALL DOING TOOO MUCH.. All i kno is that im paying 100 dollars this month an the LORD kno its not worth it.. 30 monthly 50 one time fee 1st of january an 25 late fee.. No relief... Im pissed
