I've visited almost all the O2 fitness locations in the area in this is one of the 2 nicest by far. The facilities are very well maintained. The locker rooms are clean and showers have individual stalls. The gym is large and spread out. There are 2 distinct squat racks. The water fountains are slightly lacking by the rest of the weight floor is well equipped. There is also a pool which stands in stark contrast to the other O2 locations. The exterior is odd in that it looks like a commercial office space, not a gym and is a bit tucked away but what is within is worth the trek.

Love this gym. I go 5 or 6 days a week so it's important for me to have nice environment / equipment. Melanie and the staff have been very accommodating and friendly. It's a pleasure going every evening. The location is clutch. My only qualms are that some of the weights (dumbbells) are extremely worn out, and there are only 2 squat racks. Racks are vital to my regiment and sometimes it's hard to get on one!

Everything was good at first. They had a pool, that's all I needed...This gym does not honor their existing contracts or promotions. The new Fitness Director, Mr. Davis not only changes contract terms without notification but he cannot be contacted and is non-responsive. To top it off, this gym is typically dirty and always has broken equipment. The price you pay for monthly membership plus a personal trainer (if you use one) far exceeds the value in return. I strongly recommend seeking out another gym or at least make a thorough assessment of the quality and contract terms before you sign up. Check you monthly bill thereafter. A complaint has been filed with the BBB.

No customer service or appreciation at all!!! I have been going to 02 for about a year and a half now. I have been to several locations in NC as well as SC. The locations in NC for the most part are all nice and clean, but almost all the locations in SC are neglected!!! I've seen many items that have been stolen and never replaced or good equipment swapped out for old crappy ones. I've watched at least 4 different employees working the front desk and most of them are never able to answer any questions or help in anyway. For almost a year now I've been paying quite a bit of money for a personal trainer. I'd never worked with a trainer before so I was a little nervous, but after a few months I got comfortable with him and saw a lot of progress. After about 9-10 month of working out with him he was let go. I of course was not very happy about it since I had been working out with him for so long and had developed a great working relationship with him. I expressed my concern to O2 and they put me with someone else. She was incredible!!! She was so knowledgeable and professional and I was very happy with what she was teaching me. We worked out on a Saturday and set up another workout for Tuesday morning. On Monday I received a call from girl who said my trainer wouldn't be able to make it in on Tuesday and to call her back if I'd like to reschedule. I was confused and disturbed since it wasn't my trainer who called. I was worried if she was ok or had maybe been in a bad accident as couldn't call herself. I sent my trainer a text the next day to make sure she was ok. She responded by saying that per her contract she couldn't legally talk to me. I knew exactly what this meant. Just two weeks before I signed another contract with her for 10 sessions that was to start in March. I'm so disgusted with the turnover at this gym! It takes time to build a relationship with a trainer and to learn each others style. They are now wanting to put me the a 3rd trainer in less than a year!!! I have reached out to one of the managers and have yet to hear anything back. All I want is for someone to take into consideration how much it affects you when their trainer keeps getting switched. There is obviously some major internal issues going on in this organization which prevents them from keeping good staff and good equipment.

We have swabbed over 20 different surfaces, machines and areas within this club. We have also surveyed membership, classes, management as well as child care. We're confirming, tabulating and collecting all test results. Results will be displayed here on March 21, 2017. We will use the following scale for our rating: F ⭐ D ⭐⭐ C ⭐⭐⭐ B ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
