Life Time is great! Rick, Brittany and Erin at the front desk always have a smile on their faces and are willing to help me with any questions. Katie helped me in the past with awesome customer service. I love the classes and the trainers especially Terra. Ryan signed me up and always stops me to see if I'm happy with the club. Cory in the Life Spa is amazing! She helped my hair get back to the luster and shine with a great color. All of the staff members have been very helpful and friendly to me.

My family and I have been members of Life Time for a number of years. I appreciate the fact that they actively try to improve upon their facility. This isn't the cheapest place in the world, but I would recommend it as their facilities and amenities are plentiful and top notch; their customer service also is excellent. Great and varied kids programs and wonderful childcare facilities while you workout. My children have been involved in swim lessons here for nearly three years. We have been exceptionally pleased with their progress and staff.

-Fantastic for children. The kid staff is friendly and attentive. -Personal Training - I only worked with Brandon, but he's educated, compassionate, and passionate about what he does. He was patient and kept my needs and goals in mind when creating a plan. The exercises he chose worked well and permitted me to challenge myself without rushing injury. He wasn't sales heavy and I didn't feel pressured to buy anything at any point. -Swimmimg - the pool is always taken by classes or swim team. My kids were in swim lessons, so I can't complain, but I would be disappointed if I intended on using the pool. -Cancellation - ultimately I chose to cancel the membership due to lack of time and unrelated health issues. It was absolutely the most painless cancellation process I have ever experienced. I went in during regular business hours (9-5p). I went to the membership desk and asked for a manager. She had me sign a cancellation paper and advised me my plan would be cancelled in 30 days and I would only be charged for part of the month (since billing overlapped by 10 days). And she said I could reinstate the plan with no charge within 30 days of cancelling. I received a confirmation email about 20 minutes later. My plan was cancelled as agreed, I was only charged for the partial month, as agreed. You cannot cancel over the phone and you do have 30 days AFTER you sign the cancellation document before your membership is cancelled, so that means usually paying for a month or so of access.

This is a well used facility and it shows... I agree with other reviews, machines are dirty from sweat, locker rooms are under attended. * It's a great place if you have children, but, they are constantly blocking off the basketball gym, racquetball rooms, swimming lanes for kids programs. They bring in the extra $$$ Bringing a guest with you - $20!! The only reason I still belong is they have an indoor and outdoor pool. Only problem there is, if you want to swim laps on your own and not PAY to be part of a group, GOOD LUCK finding an open time when lanes are not blocked off. and not a huge amount of people waiting to use a lane.
