Horrible service, the girls look like they're talking about you right in front of you. They told me they didn't want my things because it looked used... 1.My items were gently used it had a scuff here and. There but nothing major. 2. I thought it was a second hand store. Idiots looked me like I was trash. Most of their items looked very used especially the shoes. Never again.

I just left this horrible, un organize store, the ladies that work their are quiet and don't welcome people or help people find what their looking for, I spend 30 min looking for some nice shoes ,in boxes that say all sizes. I'm not understanding how they have 4 employees at the time and cannot organize the store. Plus the cashier was very rude and did not offer me to use my points or claim any. First time their and my last . I recommend the location in pearland .

Rude and no respect towards customer I seen an employee be very rude to a customer I would not recommend going to the storeat all horrible very bad experience that being said if management had any concerns of how the customer felt you would see responses from the store owner or the manager apologizing to people and you do not see that. Simply do not go

I don't think I've ever written a bad review of a retail store. I lugged a brand new $249.99 Guava Lotus travel crib into the store, holding my fussy 10-month-old. The young female manager had me take it out and spend 20 minutes setting the entire thing up before quoting a price, all as I held my kid with no offers to move from the front door space or to help with the baby. After I waited another 20 minutes, she said the crib was selling for $80 online so they'd offer $20. I asked what web site and she said "everywhere" and would not show or tell me what online store "everywhere" was. The lowest price I could find online that day was $189.99. I would have taken $50, and I don't expect full or even half price. I even understand needing to see that it works and has all the parts, but I didn't expect to be treated so badly and then insulted with an offer based on an obvious lie. I will not shop here again.
