I had my car towed here. The biggest mistake I've ever made. I spoke to Richard on the phone and told him my car started and died. He had his mechanics look at it. He called back and said it would be $900.00 to repair it. The work was done,  and the day it was to be picked up he called and said it would be another $1100.00 to have it repaired, because the timing belt was worn. I called another shop (Fountain City Auto) and was given an estimate of $649.00 for replacement of the timing belt. He was rude and condescending. I did not want to pay $900.00 for a car that has the same issues it was brought in with. I would not recommend this place to an enemy.

I've had both of my vehicles down to see Richard and will not go to another mechanic in East Tennessee. Straight forward, honest, timely, and very dependable every time I've come in for something. Would highly recommend One Touch Auto to anyone needing a new mechanic or wanting a second opinion, you will not be disappointed.

Have had two wrecks in 6 months, and whether it was my fault or someone else’s, I was always taken care of at this place! Such friendly, honest people who care about getting you in your car safely and for the best price. I’ll always bring my business here.

Big thumbs up for the service. Very affordable prices and great attention to detail. I gave a 4-star review ONLY because I think the driveway could get some improvement work (maybe you could consider petitioning for the city to set up a stoplight there?). It is too difficult and dangerous to exit the store because traffic on Chapman Highway is busy most of the time and part of the hill blocks the view of incoming traffic. I would definitely highly recommend this shop to my friends and relatives.

DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING HERE. TWICE I HAVE TAKEN MY CAR AND TWICE IT DID NOT GET FIXED. BUT BOTH TIMES I WAS CHARGED FOR WORK THAT OBVIOUSLY WAS NOT DONE. BOTH TIMES RICHARD TOLD ME ONE PRICE THEN ADDED MORE AND MORE MONEY. THE EXACT PROBLEMS I HAD WHEN I TOOK MY CAR IN WAS STILL WRONG WHEN I LEFT. BUT I WAS STILL CHARGED ALOT OF MONEY. SEVERAL PEOPLE HAVE INFORMED ME OF SIMILAR ISSUES AT ONE TOUCH AUTO. RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
