Meineke Car Care Center has been America’s local auto repair shop since 1972. Starting out as a muffler shop we have expanded to a full service car repair shop that performs services from car ac repair to exhaust repair to tire changes at our tire shop. Because I trust this place to take care of my car because they do a very good job at it! My exhaust runs so smooth that I can even hear beautiful classical music of notes that are very quiet! For example, the second movement of Tchaikovsky's piano concerto is impossible to hear if you just stand still and not make a move. But after getting my muffler fixed I was able to hear those nice staccato plucking of the strings! Now that my friend is quiet!

Worst supposed "car care" center there is. These untrained children did not tighten my oil pan drain plug. This led it to fall out the same day my oil was changed, and within minutes my engine blew. Now I have an expensive piece of scrap metal sitting in my drive way. They would not accept any of the blame, and they said "you should have checked the plug before you left". As a 63 year old woman, I am in no way able to climb under my car to check the work I payed these "trained technicians" to do. I may not have many years left and am now forced to walk in the cold to the bus station because I cannot afford another car. If only zero stars was a rating option.

Came here for the T-Mobile Tuesday deal that offered a free oil change. Employees were very friendly. Will definitely be coming here again.
