Great service!! Courtesy, friendly, and fast, while doing a great job. This is the first time since living in Knoxville (6 years) that I completely trust in a car care company. What needs to be done or fixed with my car is done without the run-around or told a repair needs to be done when it does not. Thank you for your honest, trustworthy service!!

I've had issues here in the past, but Mark is a good guy and he has always worked to address any problems. This is a good shop and they will let you bring your own parts. They won't mess around with you, and their prices are fair. I recommend them.

Easily the best experience I’ve had at an auto repair shop. The employees made me feel like they genuinely cared about fixing my issue and it was done quickly and competently.
