Great gym with an excellent and attentive staff. Even when it's during the 'busy' times, the actual waiting time for a weight station or equipment is either very minimal or none at all! All the equipment is kept in very good condition and members treat it and others respectfully! Would recommend.

No towel service, closes absurdly early on the weekends, no ab bench, no trap-bar. With early closing times and no towel service it's hard to recommend this place to a working adult. However, the place is exceptionally clean and the staff is very polite and professional for the most part..

My experience so far has been pretty good, the staff seem pretty nice and very knowledgeable, my concern is the yearly dues, I've asked if they may possibly add a speed bag to there gym regimen over a year ago and I'm still getting the run around on future plans of extending the gym. Staff have stated that the yearly dues were for maintenance of the equipment and purchasing newer equipment, if indeed is the case then how "bouts" a speed bag.
