Very professional and helpful in picking out an adventure road bike for riding unpaved bike travels and gravel roads. Worked with me to get me exactly what I needed, showed me plenty of options, but didn't try to oversell. Gave me a great deal too. And when it comes to working on bikes, these guys are The BEST!

All the staff there are great.  With all his semi pro experience,  cycling victories and mechanic experience, Jim helped me out more than I had known possible with my bike.  He did a comprehensive bike adjustment for me in the store.  I definitely felt an improvement in my posture, comfort and ride especially in the areo position.   The ride of the triathlon following the fitting had me coming off the bike feeling better than I had before

This shop is filled with some of the most professional, courteous and knowledgeable people. My service was completed on time and at a fair price. I will use them again.

Jim and his staff are top notch professionals and will  help you based on your needs. They are always helpful and will answer any question you have. When I have to bring my bike in for maintenance  they are very thorough and always take the time to communicate any concerns.

Jim and his staff do a great job in making sure our bikes are in proper working order.  We bought 2 bikes from Orland Park Cyclery and would highly recommend them!
