I would like to share my experience at Orr Honda with you! I don’t live in Paris but I do get my car maintenanced at this Honda dealership. I decided to stop in and check prices for a new key and visor one day and a couple days after that called and wanted to order parts. I talk to a female who said she remembered me coming in a couple of days before and since the parts dept was busy she would pass on my message to order parts and they would be in by that Saturday. So Saturday after work I drove over to Paris and when I got to Orr Honda the parts manager told me I never had a order placed. I told him it was a inconvenience for me and that I lived 30miles out of Paris. The parts manager said that he would order my parts and even give me a discount when I came in the following Saturday. So Saturday I head back over to the dealership to realize that the parts manager isn’t at work and I have to deal with another manager so I give her a quick run down and she doesn’t look too enthused but she said she is going to work something out. So I have a seat and wait for almost an hour for a key and visor. As I’m waiting employees are walking by saying aww man your still here 🤦‍♀️ Then finally a man for the service dept asks why I’m waiting so I tell him and he goes to check on my car, the man quickly returns and says your car has been done! So I tell the manager and she goes out then comes back with a invoice of 292.00 with a $50 discount for my troubles. So as I’m checking out I pull a $25 coupon out of my purse that they sent me. The manager comes back over points at the $50 off she gave me and says there is your discount and I tell her I know put I have this coupon and she says you can use that next time (which expires that next week) cause I will not let you use it today because I’ve already given you one. I let her know I won’t be coming back and she turns and walks away! Thought about getting another Honda but it won’t be at Orr Honda in Paris! Horrible customer service!!!

Stopped by because my tire light came on during a long road trip. Immediately greeted by a service/sales team member and my car taken back. They checked it out, discovered nothing wrong and topped my tires off. No charge. Very friendly and welcoming staff. I travel through this area a lot and it's good to know I have a safe haven if something goes wrong while I'm in the area.

Went in last week to request some maintenance to my vehicle. I needed to different parts and had a scheduled appointment for today. I showed the service manager, Susan, where the mechanic had left a cover off on the first visit and that I had "tried" to put it back myself but it was raining at the time and I wasn't able to press it back in all the way. They were supposed to replace a sensory switch that I paid $200 for...I noticed when I pulled into my garage this evening that my sensors did not go off as I approached objects stored in our garage like normal. I had my daughter get out and walk all the way around my vehicle, as close as she could without touching it, and not one sensor went off!!! This place is terrible. How can you trust they are really doing what they say they are to your vehicle if you are charged for something they obviously did NOT replace and they had it for 5 hours while I ran errands!!!

We had an awesome experience in dealing with Orr Honda, Angela Morrell answered all our questions and even entertained our 3 year old, through the whole process. She was very polite and professional in all aspects! We would recommend dealing with her!!! Thank you Angela we will buy from you again!
