Can I give it zero stars? Absolutely awful customer service. When I went to drop off my ring to be resized there were comments made about the quality of it, and when I went to pick it up I had the same associate help me. Stink eyes from every single one of them. It's as if the massive rings on their fingers are the only type they want to handle. Not to mention, it took about ten minutes to be helped, as I was stared at while the girls were spending time wrapping things behind the counter. Taking my money elsewhere where there will be better customer service. Some individuals need to think about the quality of the ring, and not the quantity and how much it costs. Absolutely ridiculous.

Staff was very attentive he notice scanner was not working properly due he press 
incorrectly when another staff came to the assistance him, everything went well.
It was great that we found out that we all had good patience. Maybe in my next visit I could get a little discount on my next pickup on their error...
Their very elegant.

Every body is so friendly and pleasant. I had batteries replaced in two different watches and the price was great. Make sure you price them 1st before you go other places. You will really be SURPRISED!!!!

They are so amazing and helpful! They truly understand the meaning of Customer Service. I went in to try on some new bands for my watch. After having them put it on and adjusting it, I changed my mind and went back to my old band. They did not charge me, even though I offered to pay for wasting their time.

Next time I went in to take some links out from my new watch which they did at an affordable price. Then they adjusted it again 2 hours later at no additional charge, believing me even though I tried to show them proof of my purchase previously. I have had nothing but wonderful and fast service here. Thank you all so much!!
