I highly recommend Geoff at Outback Fitness if you are looking for results. I've been working out all my life and Geoff has been able to take me out of my comfort zone every workout to help push me to the next level. I pride myself on being physically fit but Geoff's creative workouts go beyond my normal routine. Whatever your goals are (strength or endurance), Geoff knows how to tailor the right plan for you. I have enough confidence in Geoff that he now trains my 10 yr old son to get a competitive advantage in all the sports he plays.

I've been working out with Geoff for 6 1/2 years at Outback Fitness. Geoff's experience, training and Aussie accent combined with the unique venue that is Bahia Mar creates a great workout environment. You never know if you are going to be in the gym or down on the beach watching the sun rise as you count off your reps. Do yourself a favor and give Geoff and Outback Fitness a whirl...your body might initially regret it but your brain knows better!

Geoff is such an amazing trainer! He helped me lose 9 lbs in 21 days with his personalized workouts and diet regimen. His workouts change daily, keeping it fun for the clients! The gym is very clean and organized! I would highly recommend Geoff to anyone who is looking for a valid trainer!

Geoff is incredibly talented in creating diverse and intense workouts for all ages and to accomplish a range of goals. I am always amazed at the sheer quantity of exercises that he employs to accomplish similar objectives while making each workout new. Not only have I benefited from my time with him, but my 11 year old son has loved making great strides as well!

Geoff makes the workouts fun. They are always different. Sometimes we go down to the beach and get to see the sun rise while we workout. He varies the workouts so that you get cardio and build strength.
