Ordered the tuna sandwich through Panera site via Doordash- they forgot the tuna! How do you forget the tuna? Its simple, make a sandwich as if you were going to eat it. Is that so much to ask? I rarely leave reviews unless really good or really bad. Do not recommend this location at N Dale Mabry in Tampa
The only reason I had to give this restaurant a 4/5 was because The cashier had a problem with Cashback. The problem was delt with, but it wasn't the was solution I wanted.Food: 4/5
I love Panera but this location has made me annoyed a few times. Employees are talking behind the counter while making the food and getting distracted while working. Although it’s fine to talk while working, y’all need to learn how to multitask. The last time I was there they were chitchatting and my order took at least 20 mins and now today they got my sandwich wrong. They gave me a turkey sandwich when I ordered the chipotle chicken avo melt.
They could do better. They sell out of pastries really fast in the morning, like by 9 AM, wish they would start making more because it’s been that way for some time. I order curbside this morning, got to my destination and started to eat my breakfast sandwich to discover there was no egg ANYWHERE on the egg and cheese sandwich, just cheese, avocado, tomato, spinach, and aioli. They did a good job on portions for the veggies though. Cold brew is probably the weakest I’ve had, weak flavor and caffeine content. So if I ever want breakfast I have to get coffee somewhere else which is a bummer and makes me visit less often.
It was just okay. They didn't have a system to know when your food was ready. I had to wait for the iced coffee, they ran out of soup, no lemon for my iced tea. It was not what I had expected. The place was not as clean. They need to clean things up.Food: 3/5
Absolutely great. The food is amazing and they all types of choices. From healthy to heart attack: the service is also very good here. Definitely, have to try the new cheese Danish things, so, so good.
They say less is more in this case that backfired this use to be filled to the top. They figured if they reduce it by a third they could get an extra souffle for every three and the price increased. More profit less food less customers.Food: 1/5
It is getting bad and deceiving, we ordered full sandwiches and they gave us half. The quality was bad and once we called to provide feedback the manager hung up on us. Sadly, we are never returning to the Carrollwood Panera.
Horrible customer service. I waited almost 30 minutes for my order and when I received my order and left the forgot my bread bowl . I had to go all the way back after waiting 30 minutes. The only thing they had to offer was a 2$ refund. Panera bread will never have my service again
please take your money elsewhere. for a place that is supposed to serve cafeteria, they cannot even get a simple sandwich correct. whats more, is that when my mother order a simple grilled cheese, they WERE CLEANING THE OVEN W A DETERGENT SOLUTION WITH HER SANDWICH IN THE OVEN. these workers simply lack common sense, not to mention they are always rude. they never offered to remake the sandwich even though they could have poisoned her. ive never had a good experience @ this panera, + its horribly unsanitary. if youre a fan of bad service, bad food, incorrect orders, and rude people, then pls go to this panera !!
