Friendly faces, AMAZING food, great service and atmosphere was fun and inviting. I spent $10-$20 but could easily have been under $10. Kid-friendliness: There were kid options. Fruit cups. Cookies. And the seating makes it feel private. Parking: Plenty of parking.
First time here. Lovely selection of various chicken salads, and more. Loved the southern style on a croissant. Baked Potato soup was excellent. Will certainly come back. Delicious. Will take photos next time. Vegetarian options: There are vegan options too
The manager was very rude to my wife today. She refused to honor her military ID, stating she was not in the military so she will not receive the discount. Military spouses may not get shot at but sacrifice for this country just the same. Perhaps Chicken Salad Chick has already forgotten about the hundreds of spouses left in Afganistan recently, or those killed in Lebanon. Or maybe those that are all over the world as school teachers? The manager needs to be educated on the sacrifices of all that carry the ID card of the military spouse. This manager needs to learn to speak to customers with respect and not to belittle them as she did my wife. Chicken Salad Chick is a great place to go but this one is not.

They will let you taste test any of their chicken salads before you make a decision. My husband and I really enjoyed our food, the barbie-q is probably our favorite.
Horrible I suppose to had a interview here the manager lady was so rude in racist she had me waiting 15 minutes while she waiting on this white girl in help her fill out her application just rude in I heard her yelling at the worker there just rude I will not be coming back here ever again. The white lady manger here this morning is very rude she help this lady but look over me..
Best sandwich I've had in a while. The grape salad was amazing, pasta salad too but I wish it was a slightly bigger portion. I got like 10 noodles. Over all, 10/10 would order again based on taste alone.
I was with two friends who have eaten here several times. They absolutely love eating here. I know why! Because it is delicious! They have several different types/flavors of chicken salad to choose from as well as soups. Being my first time I stayed simple. I got The Classic Carol on a soft croissant and a cup of the Chicken Tortilla soup. The chicken salad was delicious! The soup was so good!! Not spicy at all, just flavorful! Just the way I like it! When the manager brought out my food my companions told her it was my first visit. She asked if I liked apples, grapes and pecans. To which I replied, yes. She left and came back with three sample containers. A sample of there Fancy Nancy and another that I can't remember the name. It was basically the same as the Fancy Nancy but had Pineapple in it. Again both delicious, tho' I must say the sample with the pineapple, I couldn't taste the pineapple. Both samples were small on chicken salad and each had a grape in it so all I could mostly taste was the grape. The third sample was a sample of their Pimento Cheese. It was good, but truthfully, I am not a huge fan of Pimento Cheese so since you can ask to sample anything, I would say ask for a sample for yourself and see what you think. The employees were very friendly and courteous. The dining area was clean. Restrooms clean. The location of the restaurant is in an upscale shopping area and is beautiful. The prices are very fair as are the portions. I highly recommend. Go! Enjoy!

Great chicken salad! Try the Dilla salad sandwich. It is great! The tortilla soup was delicious! Friendly staff and clean environment!
