To the current management or owner. The system that you have implemented in your dining room is a bad one. Customers who have to stand in line to place an order and get their own drinks should not be expected to leave a tip for the person who simply delivers the food to the table. I would much rather be called back up to get my own food and use plastic a plastic fork. The “server” in this case is one of the managers who works the entire dining room because the few waitresses who had been doing this job obviously didn’t want to keep doing a quarter of a server’s job for zero tips. (Even though I reluctantly did tip when there seemed to be designated servers) This is no fault of the server, it is the idiotic system of 1/2 pizza shop, 1/2 service dining room. Also, I’d be happy to clear my own table, but you have also made the trash cans unavailable to customers.This makes for an odd, confusing dining experience. I am only writing this as a direct result of being treated rudely by the manager / server. Otherwise I would’ve probably gone on quietly putting up with your ridiculous system.

Just moved to Aberdeen, MD, but have ordered from Pat's Pizzaria for the last decade. First of all, I think this is an Independent franchise because they have made several mistakes on my delivered order this evening. After noticing that there were two items missing along with no napkins or plastic ware, I called and spoke with the manager on duty, Ryan, who not only failed to put down his slice of pizza while speaking with me but was completely unaware as to whom he was speaking with on the phone. Seriously, it's 2018; and they don't have caller ID when the female rep who handed him the phone was fully aware the reason for my call. I specifically requested two items: ketchup and extra tzatziki sauce for the gyro. Not only did Ryan say they usually deliver ketchup with an order of fries, but the delivery person also accused me of not requesting it because it
wasn't on the ticket. It was my fault because it wasn't on the ticket. I had to pay for the dinner and it was my fault that the order taker failed to successfully take the order. Simply amazing! Cold fries and gyro, because of their problems. I paid for the meal! Pat's you lost some serious points in my opinion.

Cheesesteak was very good. Would recommend this grill for lunch and dinner. Sorry no pic of that cheesesteak.

Placed a delivery order for two wraps each with sweet potato fries as a side. When we opened the box there was a small wrap and only 5 sweet potato fries. When I called the store he said it was a new portion size...5 fries?! He refused to refund me any money he only offered to send more fries (wait another 50 minutes...no thanks) or give us a five dollar credit for our next visit. Very disappointed.
