Searched all over and so glad I found Quality Plus Automotive a few years ago. THEY DO GOOD WORK; Always up front and honest! Everyone hates when unexpected car repairs arise but coming to Quality Plus and being confident that they will get you back up and running at the best price makes it 10x's better.   The mailed coupons, loaner car, and free cookie made this visit a breeze! Thanks Mr. Randy and all the hard working guys over at Quality Plus in Raleigh!

I was referred to Quality Plus by friends, to take my 1996 Honda 
Accord for service. Drove it for 15 years and always had good service.
Now have 2011 Honda Civic and do not have to worry, because they will always check to see if anything needs to be done. Would not trust anybody else to work on my car. Very nice people to deal with. Randy is always interested in seeing that your car is taken care of. Thank you.

This automotive business is great to work with and very thorough! The customer service and work is top notch. 

Before the new year I discovered I had a power steering fluid leak on my '06 Honda Accord.  Went in on the first business day of 2018 to see if they could fix.  Right away, Mr. Bunn had the car looked. It was determined that the power steering pump was going out. I had it replaced along with a few other things.  Instead of making me wait at the shop for the repair to be completed, Mr. Bunn had one of his workers run me back home and they even came back to pick  me up when the repairs were complete!  Mr. Bunn and his workers are super friendly and make you feel appreciated.

If you are looking for a shop to repair your Honda, check them out.  I promise you, you'll be glad you did!!  Thank you Quality Plus... see you next time I need maintenance or repairs on my car.

My car has run well after being serviced each time. I am particularly struck by their integrity. I took my car in for a timing belt change, and they told me it had already been done. That would have been a big money-maker for them, and I would never have known the difference. They seem very honorable and capable. I highly recommend this company.
