I took my Honda there for 20 years for oil changes and admittedly very little service needed (in large part to their years of great service).  Recently, also with an employee's assistance, sold it easily!  One reason was that I have ALWAYS taken that car only to TAO Auto!  Thank you TAO Auto for many years of great service!

Big ripoffs I had my power steering fixed for 1000$  and it started to leak in 3 months. .I asked other mech they said to clean part and hose first l check in24 hours to see where week is coming from. They did not do this . The man at front desk willams said it probably someother  part.so they fixed the wrong part for$1000 .it' could probable be just a hose .IAM going to take it back and see if they will fix correctly. I live paycheck to paycheck. That s my rent  for a month.if it not fixed proerly ill file a small claims  suit against these thives.

I went to Tao Auto for oil change. When I got the bill, I raised the question regarding the price. The guy at front desk immediately got offended and responded “You think we take advantage of you? If you think it is expensive, you can go somewhere else.” I told him politely “Pleae watch your attitude.” Then this guy stared yelling to me “You only came here once in the past two years. I don’t beg you for our services!” This guy was really unprofessional!!! I never ever heard anybody told their customer NOT to come back. Oh, yah, your wish is granted. I will never come back.

They are honest and only recommend required work.  Oil change in the morning is first come, first served so get there a little early if you want a shorter wait.  We have been very happy with all of the work they have done on our 3 Hondas for 6 years.

We had a problem, NOT caused by Tao Auto, but they help us out regardless, making everything right. Highly recommend you take your car here for service, good, local shop with people who do everything they can and MORE to help you get the most out of your car! We've been taking our cars here for several years now, and after this most recent experience, I can state you won't find better people! Thank you Robin and thank you Teddy!
