I would like to say kudos to Kelly at Precision tune for being not only informative and honest...but most importantly nice. Ive been pricing out repair for tire sensors for my Ford F150 and been given lots of quotes at shops I stopped by. Last week i stopped at Precision and Kelly got me a quote with a smile and even came out in the snow to check the tires beforehand. For me, that is the deciding factor of who I do business and that is someone who acts like they actually want my business!  GOod job yall!

Justin and his crew provided me with impeccable service. I called the day before and scheduled an appointment for my lunch break and told him I needed a full service oil change and an inspection but I was on a time constraint and they delivered. Been going to precision auto tune since college so almost 10 years with three different cities in North Carolina. Being new to Cary, I feel as if My car is in great hands!

I received  very poor service today at this location. I had a radiator replaced on my car on Monday and asked the associate do I need to replace the hoses. He told me no they were good. So a day or two later I went to check the coolant and noticed that it was low. I called PT  they told me to bring the car in so they can see what's going on. He came back and told me one of the hoses was bad, so I went out and bought a hose to put on.  They wanted to charge me $78 for a hose replacement that could have been done the same day. I asked them was the hoses good I have been taking my car to this place for about 5 years now. I'm looking to take my car to another shop now based on a terrible experience I received today.

Chris and Kelly were very welcoming on my first visit.   I expected to replace a part but my issue was resolved without an unnecessary purchase.  They earned  my trust and I will be a repeat customer.

I received wonderful care from the staff at PTAC. My car got a new coil ignition and spark plugs, and they were able to save me a little bit of money by doing only necessary work, and my car is back to running beautifully. I will be returning for future oil changes and repairs if needed. Highly recommend!
