Creech Import Repair is the very best.  They did a rapid identification of the work required and reviewed it clearly with me.  The work was prioritized to determine what was to be done on this visit.  Our car is handling better than it has in a while.
I have used Creech for a very long time.  Literally, I would not buy a vehicle that they would not service.
Communication is great.
The new generation of Creech's are moving up

I'm fairly new to Raleigh, and since I like to keep my vehicles for a long time I needed to find a trusted mechanic.  Prices are fair, service is excellent,  and they quickly diagnosed and fixed a vibration two other shops blamed on my tires.  They even worked with my to install a replacement cat that failed under warranty from another shop (I paid Creech to install the part the out of town shop shipped to me) when they could have easily refused.  They gave my vehicle a thorough inspection and relayed a couple items that weren't urgent, but would need addressed soon.  They have my repair business going forward from here.

I have used Creech Imports to routinely service my Lexus SC 430 for years. I know they always do a good, make that excellent, job on any service or repair that I need. The family business is of the highest integrity and ethics.  I trust them implicitly. They are very professional, personable and honest. The entire staff behind the scenes is also friendly and professional. If I have to wait, I am very comfortable with the amenities in their nice waiting area. My only regret is I am moving to SC and there is no Creech Imports there. I will miss this place!

Someone recommended Creech Import Repair several years
ago and I couldn't be happier.  Had several bad experiences
with mechanics in the past so it was so nice to find honest
and nice people to work with.  Their customer service is above
the rest and their work is excellent as well.  Check them out,

I've been taking my cars to Creech for the past 10 years & have always had a positive experience. The people at Creech are courteous, professional & knowledgeable.  They keep you informed if things are taking a little longer than expected. The prices are competitive & the service is great.
