Story

Percy's has been in business for over 80 years selling customers great product and a great service. We have recently expanded our showroom capacity and now carry several brands of appliances, pro appliances and electronics.

Percy's also has an appliance installation department for any and all of our built-in appliances. We ARE your one stop shop to purchase your products, get them delivered, and get them installed.

Be careful!!!!!
They left my entire house of appliances outside while they unwrapped them and then it poured. They all got wet. They told me that they should all be fine and the top manager could tell by looking at them the next day. 
I did not accept any of them so they are probably back in the sales floor.... 
worst costumer service ever. Tried to tell me it was our fault since I did not offer my garage or tell their delivery guys not to open outside.

I purchased a LG double oven gas range, sales person was very helpful. After being installed by the plumber the unit lasted 11 minutes before the control panel shut off.
Followed all manufactures steps now I have a very expensive gas stove top.  Contacted the service department, and still waiting for a service which I've been told will be at least a week away. When service does come, I have another 5 hour window of waiting, and another day missing work.Very disappointed with the resolution of the problem for a 'brand new' item.

UPDATE: Percy's made good on their warranty, I'm very impressed.
After waiting a week for service, the technician stated the part was not easily available. The next day, the helpful Percy's service person told me she would get a new stove and switch it with the faulty one. In two days, they delivered and made it happen. Kudos to Percy's for standing by their customers. There was  a small issue with the installer, but Percy's came through. Very impressed with their follow through. Would highly recommend them to all. They made good on their word. Thanks to all the people who helped me work through my appliance problem.

Better Hope that the appliance you bought from them doesn't need a repair under their extended warranty! I called the warranty company & the repair shop that was supposed to do the repair.  I could not get through to either! Their apologies won't replace my spoiled food or inconvenience! ---I found out that Percy's switched warranty companies since we bought our refrigerator. Maybe the new warranty service is better? Percy's had some sympathy for our problem and delivered a loaner refrigerator after we expressed our displeasure about this situation.
