They don’t really have that much in stock in the actual store. Granted I visited between Christmas and New Years, but still the shelves should not be ⅔ empty. And even without that, the in-store selection was skimpy. Unlike the online options. But sometimes you need something immediately and don’t have time to wait for it to be shipped.

Was approached separately by 7 associates (one of whom continued to pitch the Best Buy credit card after being told we were all set multiple times) within 5-10 minutes of browsing. Immediately just grabbed some Steam wallet cards and cashed my gift cards out on those in order to leave quickly.

GREAT SALESMAN (JOE S in appliances)..but thats where it ENDS..... Totally disgusted IN BOSTON with the level of NO SERVICE when Best Buy sends 2 non-English speaking delivery men on Black Friday to deliver and install a $2000 pair of Washer and Dryer. Not only were they not prepared, they did not have all the parts, were extremely rude and insulted my wife, did not finish the job, and now I have 50% installation, with a dryer sitting in my kitchen that does NOT function, missing accessories, and all I keep getting from the local store is "we are sorry". We are sorry does not fix this incredibly stupid mistake, we lost a full day of black Friday shopping and now waiting waiting waiting for a solution. By 9 am today SATURDAY they should have had an English speaking qualified install team to finish the job! I HOPE SOMEONE ACTUALLY READS THIS POST AND GETS US A SOLUTION TODAY!

This is a standard Best Buy. They have the standard electronic stuff.

They do have a Magnolia boutique in the back.

They have an accessible entrance.

They have bins in the front where you.can recycle.your small electronics and they will accept your.larger electronics at the customer service desk.
