I am a avid rider who recently moved to Bartlett from the downtown Chicago area.  When I came in last Saturday to have my several bikes tuned up, I wasn't quite sure that a shop of this size would be able to meet my rather high expectations.  However, I was quickly proven wrong.  The owner, Greg, proved to have much experience with such bikes and was able to help me out quickly, and also aided me in finding some better water bottles.  I am truly grateful for this impeccable experience and am extremely happy about my newly procured water bottles.  I feel that I have found my new bike shop.

My friend's bike shop. Greg answers questions,  and tunes up bikes.  It's easy to cycle,  drive, or take the train there.

I went in today to get my bottom bracket replaced, and I did not have the best experience with the staff here. The owner is most definitely skilled at what he does and is knowledgeable, but he treated me very rudely and pressured me into buying the part and was very pushy in how he talked to me. I did decide to get the part and have him install it and while he was working, he did not seem to appreciate the business I was giving him as he did not bother to even talk to me much more than a few words. I found it unprofessional that he and his coworkers were talking about the difficulties and number of sales they had gotten right in front of me instead of making me feel welcome in their shop. Overall, the shop is very knowledgeable and timely in repairs but lacks some respect for the customer, mostly those of the younger age group it would seem. I'll consider a different shop next time I need assistance with my bike.

Excellent customer service, very reasonable prices, and the owner was excellent at explaining what he was doing to my bike. I have and will continue to recommend this place to friends.

My go-to bicycle repair place. Staff is always friendly, prices are reasonable, and the actual repairs are quick and very well done. Everything you want from a tune-up place.
