I stop coming to this store a long time ago cause the customer service was so awful. Seems as though no one greets you even when it’s time to give them your money. I’ve been stopping in periodically to pick up cow ears for my dogs just to quickly realize the customer service is still the same. However I walked in today looking at the cow ears and amazingly I was greeted by Maree who was pleasantly nice. I had to do a double take. Not only did she greet me, but she continued to assist me with my order. Because of her excellent customer service I restarted my club membership. I just hope that the entire store could learn from her.

I LOVE Petland!! My family comes almost every weekend. The employees truly care for the animals and love their jobs. Weekends get crazy busy and we normally get help from either Alexa, Maria, or Toni. They are sweet, always letting us see our favorite little ones. We fall in love over and over again. The quality of puppies, supplies, and service beats every other pet store we've been too. Ask for Alexa, Maria, or Toni they are the best!!!

The place is great. Has a lot of good variety of animals that are kept healthy and clean. The service is spectacular. I only wish the prices were a little bit lower but if you join the club then you get 10% off.  So that's good. I can't wait to get a puppy someday from there.

The employees are so friendly and willing to answer any questions about the pup. The fact you can play and interact with the pets to get an idea if they are compatible with you. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a pet, they are affiliated with the AKC so you know they got good pups.  Though the pups are a bit pricy so it might not be for everyone and that's my only issue with them.

This place is a complete ripoff they sell over priced sick puppies and they make you sign a bunch of paper work and no refund policy.  Not only I paid double of what the breed of the dog is worth, I have to take him to my vet and pay to get him healthy, I am not driving 2 hours to take him to their vet.  Getting a puppy supposed to be a great experience,  it has been a nightmare.
