Great customer service. They asked if we found everything. When I said no he asked what I was looking for then found out when it was coming in.  They took r name and number and will set it aside then call us so we can pick it up. We also utilize the Vet care they have come in once a month.  Shots r much cheaper than the in town Vet.

There's a whole list of complaints but again today they didn't have what I needed and I've had enough! I've been buying the same dog food, same size since they opened, yet they RARELY have it. I can't be the only one buying it or they'd order ore right? There is never more than 3 bags. You MUST watch the dates and double check what they charge you at register verses the price on the shelf too. The bags of food almost always look old and beat up. I don't know if the companies are annoyed with them also if it's something they're doing to them. Most of the new employee's are nice (the old one were NOT) but they're clueless. They have no real knowledge of of the products and the standard answer is "We'll have some on Wednesday" (note today IS Wednesday and didn't have it, didn't offer to go check if it was in the back or say check later today) Not to mention try using a coupon in there and it's like I'm trying to steal! Now you have to put your email on the back of the coupon or they wont let you use it. They could and SHOULD do better. Sadly, I try not to go there and have my husband pick up supplies before heading home.

I love that Maricopa has this pet store to buy pet food from because the quality of food is much better then any grocery store. My dogs have to have food with no corn meal and fillers due to health issues. The food here has really helped my dogs over the years after struggling with health issues. The store is clean and the staff is helpful. This store makes my dogs happy and that makes me a happy pet owner.

Horrible service, staff does not know the product, expired food on the shelves!  I went into purchase my cat's canned food, I bought excatly what I was looking for the week before at the same store.  The lady told me the product didn't excist. Then when I checked out she was very rude, kept working on paper work while I stood there waiting for her to ring me up.  She kept turning her back to me.  I told her, "good bye and to have a nice day".  She just gave me a dirty look!  The drive to Petco is worth the better service!   And here is a picture of that product I buy, it does exist.  They don't just make "chunks" as she so rudely told me!
