I have to admit, I don't really come to Pet Supplies Plus by choice. It just so happens that this is the only pet store in our immediate vicinity that sells the brand of kibble that our puppy needs. Even so, I love coming to Pet Supplies Plus for the great customer service. Every time we come in, we're greeted with friendly smiles. There's a great selection of food, toys, supplies, and accessories for any pet. They often have red sales stickers on many of their items throughout the store and if you become a Pet Supplies Plus member (no fees whatsoever), you can take advantage of these sales. Prices here are usually much lower than any other pet store I've been to. I also like that if you bring your dog in, they will give you a bag that you can fill up with free treats to take home. Our puppy loves everything that he gets from this store, whether it's his food, treats, or toys. The store itself is very clean, well-stocked, and organized. My go-to pet store!

I love this store. It's where I've chosen to shop regularly for our dog. It's small and quiet, so I don't feel nervous taking my dog there. She's a rescue who is making huge strides with reactivity, but who can't deal with a big, busy store. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful but not pushy. They generally give you a free bag of treats if you come in with your pet.

I love this store! The employees are so friendly and knowledgeable. The rewards program is great - I get emailed coupons really frequently. If you have a critter with special dietary needs, the store has a huge selection of specialty brands. I have no problem finding grain-free, high protein food, both wet and dry, for my kitty with allergies. They also offer several types of healthy(er) snacks for your pets. I also really like their toy section. I can't comment on the dog toys, but my cats are always happy to have something new to play with and I never have trouble finding something to their taste. They offer different types of litter and have a great selection of crates, beds, water dishes, etc. I really can't praise this place enough. It blows Petco and PetSmart out of the water. The store is clean, friendly, a great value, and you can tell that the people who work there really care about animals. They find homes for shelter cats on the weekends. Stores are also franchised, so your business will be essentially supporting a small company versus a huge, national big box chain. Check it out!

I never write reviews and I really don't like talking to employees at most stores. The staff here is very helpful and friendly though and not too annoying or pushy with sales. They have a good return policy and price match with Amazon.

Nice and convenient place for pet food and other supplies for your typical pets, not so much for exotics. Prices and selection is comparable to the larger pet shops that are out of the way.
