DO NOT TRUST your pet here!! Extremely rude and demanding. Place is not clean and I've witnessed several dogs scratching in the grooming section. Just don't go, you're welcome!

Purchased "dog" stairs for my aging dog with the assurance I could return them for full purchase price should my dog not use them. He did not. There is no return "area". Made to stand at front of store, a manager finally opened a second register to accommodate my return. He said it may be up to sixty days (maybe even 90) for the credit to show on my account. It has been over a month so far. Will they allow me to pay for my next item over a few months?

Signed up for puppy classes (six sessions) and the instructor missed two out of four! The first time no one even called. Just realized that after the manager assuring me I would be refunded for the remaining four classes, (because I canceled) I never was. This class was a joke anyway. A room full of ill behaved dogs and a seventeen year old instructor who lives with his parents giving you advice about raising a puppy while constantly spraying the dogs in the face with pheromone spray. Nice job petsmart. Now where's my refund you promised me?

Go there for food, snacks and toys for my pups. Good selection, decent prices, friendly staff.

They do not honor their sales and have uneducated managers, specifically Kayla. I wanted to buy two GNC products. The sign clearly stated Buy 1, Get One 50% off. She tried to tell me it was for only certain products and pulled two that had the tag, swiped them and they still did NOT show the sale!!! I tried explaining her argument is invalid because the GNC items she pulled with a sale tag did NOT ring up as a sale. Plus, the sign says ALL GNC products! She literally is so vacuous that she could not make logic of her illogical argument. I left my whole cart and headed to Petco.
