Reviews

Pet fish are not well cared for and visually apparent infections in several aquariums.  Decent prices and lots of pet food options. Staff seem to enjoy assisting even if they do put the sell on you occasionally.

Friendly staff, clean animals, almost always in stock with what I need. Feel like they could use a couple more people on average on duty, sometimes it's hard to find a staff member, but cashiers are helpful in calling a staff member to the department you need help in.

Dog training class by Rachel is great. She has taught us very effective, useful tricks to help mold our dog. Grooming is awesome. We have a double coated Akita, and they did such a good job. Service is very nice. Selection is not bad.

Friendly staff but hard to find someone.  Hire some people.  It's the only way to raise you customer service scores.   People  want to be helped and the one employee you have is trying their best but can't help more than 1 at a time.

It's what you'd expect from Petco in terms of having a large selection of pet food and other items. Customer service is average, but not terrible.
