Staff is not universal. I was there 2 days ago asking about fish for my son's newest pet. The lady that helped was very kind and helpful. Yesterday I went in and unfortunately not the same person in the department. The guy that helped didn't seem too informed or eager to help. He kind of walked away in the middle of helping me. If the staff doesn't know an answer to a question in a certain department, they shouldn't just guess. That can be deadly.

The salon has TERRIBLE service. We have been bringing our pups to Petco for years to get their nails trimmed and it took over a half an hour before someone greeted me at the grooming counter. There were 3 people grooming one dog that seemed to behave very well with only one groomer. When asked for our phone numbers they said they had our names but no pets listed. Absolutely DO NOT bring your pets here. Not organized or professional. Completely wasted our time on a hot day.
