Definitely the best Petco I've ever visited! Staff is absolutely fantastic - caring, knowledgeable, and hard-working. Store is clean and well-stocked, animals are very well cared for. I willingly go way out of my way to give this location my business.

Jose did a great job grooming my two dogs! He listened to my questions and concerns, and he was very thorough and honest while addressing them all. One of my dogs has bad anxiety, so Jose was extra gentle and patient with her. I had a very pleasant experience and hope to have Jose groom them again very soon!

My first visit, i met a very helpful and friendly employee. I think her name is Nina? Anyway, we had a couple of things to buy for our cat and she helped us realize that maybe our cat is missing a certain vitamin that his food doesn't provide. She also suggested a silicone brush because he has excessive shedding, which might be due to the missing vitamin. She shared her stories about her own cat which was comforting to know that someone can understand what's best for our cat. Overall, she was nice and helpful and the only reason why I went back to that location. Didn't catch her when I came back but I'll keep looking for her when I do go. The recent time I went, I was approached by a guy and he was helpful as well about getting out let stains and the recommended process of getting rid of fleas. 
My overall experience is that they have friendly and helpful staff and i believe it's not always crowded which is good for my introvert self, haha.

Employees are pet lovers. Great selection of supplies for all manner of pets. Fish are healthy. Discount bins aren't very discounted.

I have been to this Petco for years the spending hundreds of dollars on a hobby that I love which is the fish tanks!!  I am out raged that in all these years I've never been interrogated about what size tank I have or how long I've had it set up in order for me to purchase a fish   . That being said our young stocky Hispanic guy with an attitude was refusing to sell me a damn fish because I told him I've had my tank set up for one month it's none of your business it's my money I've many times set up fishtanks and bought fish within days never having a problem never doing a return or exchange because I'm not like that the store has lost my business permanently  that being said our young stocky Hispanic guy with an attitude was refusing to sell me a damn fish because I told him I've had my tank set up for one month it's none of your business it's my money I've many times set up fishtanks and bought fish within days never having a problem never doing a return or exchange because I'm not like that this store has lost my business permanently !!
