This place is terribly understaffed. We were trying to get a lizard for my daughter. My husband waited by the animals while I walked around the store trying to find an associate. There was a girl standing behind a little counter doing some sort of explanation of dog treats or something, and I asked her if she could help. She stated that no she just cannot leave her post... Uhhh.. ok?? So I walked up to check-out and waited in one open line behind 4-5 other customers.. While I was waiting another customer walked up and asked the cashier if he had paged anybody to help him get a fish. The cashier pressed some button that paged a canned message over the intercom.  By the time I made it to the cashier the customer who was waiting for a fish came back up and told the cashier he will take his business elsewhere. To my luck a rogue employee came out of a small back room and was able to assist. Also, I swear that place didn't have any A/C. 10/10 would tell somebody to go to PetSmart and I haven't even been there.

They usually have what I need for all of my Animals and my Fish.  There very nice and  helpful.

I'm disabled needed 50 lb bag of dog food I'm unable to lift or carry the lady put in buggy took to my car and loaded it even returning buggy for me. All dine with good conversation and a smile. Can't beat the customer service

The store was clean as well as bathrooms. The live pets seemed to be cared for very well. Overall it was a good experience for our family.

Ok, staff seems like they would rather be elsewhere, fairly knowledgable, when you can get their attention.
