Very disappointed in this store. We were shopping around for fish and not sure what we are doing. When ask about fish and our options, the lady was very rude to us.  It was almost like she didn't want to help us and she had nothing to worry about cuz we didn't want to support a business with very rude employees.  That was our 3rd pet store of the day and by far the rudest people we had came in contact with.

Most of the negative reviews of this Petco are over its grooming department.

If you take your dog to be groomed here, you'll see why.

Despite ordering the same service both times, my dogs have been groomed differently each time. That's not a huge concern to me, as I groom the to manage them blowing their coats and don't really care about a haircut or shave or anything.

But I do care about my dog's care being treated like car maintenance. Where I drop it off and it's parked at the back of the lot until it's worked on. They crate your dogs until they get to them, if they're running late, your dog sits crated. My dogs are large, high energy breeds and become anxious at hours of crating. Petco had previously accommodated this by scheduling my appointment as the first of the day. 

Though it was six hours before I heard anything the last time, despite being "first". 

This time when i made the appointment I reiterated needing to be first in. I was told 10 AM. I asked if it wasn't earlier. I was told repeatedly, 10 AM. I arrive at 10 to be condescendingly told that I'm too early (they scheduled me for 10:30), that they won't even touch my dogs for at least an hour (already off schedule). When I pointed out they were to be first I was rudely told "the first appointment is 8 AM" and "we take the first dogs we get" (yeah that's why I called to schedule being the first dogs) either the person scheduling just lied or did not know. The lady was unapologetic and offered to reschedule me to next week. The manager offered nothing.

They've lost a grooming customer. My dogs go in first thing in the morning to somewhere that values your animals like THEY'RE ACTUALLY A LIVING THING. I don't mess with businesses that shove their mistakes off onto their customers anyway. And really, I don't want to leave my animals all day with someone as rude and hateful as the woman working in grooming.

Literally go anywhere else.
