Ugh... I really want to like this location, but service is so poor generally that even a quick trip can take 30 minutes. Staff is strung-out by having to greet everyone that absent-mindedly walks in with their dogs and children and being forced to upsell on their rewards programs and pet charity options. With two cashiers maximum and a constant stream of inept pet owners, I feel awful for the staff. Other locations are calmer and more efficient for their volume. Decent parking, though some of the handicap signs are randomly missing.

BEWARE!! DO NOT GET YOUR DOG GROOMED HERE! I seen a dog GET ABUSED as I was checking out! I was so distraught. I reported it immediately and it seemed as if they didn't care. I am reporting them to the Humane Society! This is completely wrong and abuse...wow so sad!
