I arrived at 7:25. The hot food table where the chicken was served was missing the vegetable and chips. The dining room was empty and staff were at one of the tables eating. The dining room tables were dirty. Floors were messy. When I asked if they were restocking the hot table.  The employee said I don't know. He went to ask. He came back and said it would take to much time to heat it up. He then was asked by another table how fresh the pizzas were plus what the charge for adults was . Employee did not know the answer to either of the questions.  The service and food quality has stepped down alot in the past 5 months.  I will not be going back

Not the biggest pizza ranch I've visited but definitely among the friendliest one. They keep the buffet well stocked with a wide variety. Even the dessert pizzas are always ready. Will definitely be visiting this location often.

I'm pretty easy going, but this was horrible. We walked in not knowing that the buffet closes in 15min. So we ordered the buffet. 3 adults and a 2 year old. Damn near $50. We went up for our first plate and most things were gone. I asked the kid behind the register about more and got attitude. So we ate what we could find, crappy rubbery, dry, tasteless chicken, etc. Nothing was good. They did finally bring out 2 pizzas right at the end, and they were over cooked. 

My first and last visit. I won't be back.

This visit was frustrating. We arrived just minutes before the Sunday rush. When we were ready to get our plates, the pizza warmer was wiped clean. When we went back up there was a line for pizza. 

We enjoy visiting Pizza Ranch, just not this time.

Former employee. The staff is awesome besides a few of the young workers. Management is great and it's a fun job. Downside is favortism and lack of advancement
