I purchased a wonderful car with low miles for a fantastic price in October, when I needed to find replacement vehicle very quickly when my car was totaled. My search to replace my low- mileage Honda Fit lead me to Pleasant Journey. 

I received a prompt response to my inquiry about a beyond perfect replacement car via the Pleasant Journey website from a knowledgeable saleswoman that was easy to communicate with and scheduling an appointment was a breeze. 

The buying process was very easy and quick and I didn’t feel like I was being hustled or pressured in the least. I was assured that the vehicle was mine if I wanted it, which I absolutely did. 

I really appreciate the comprehensive follow through with their stated warranty. When I was concerned about a minor issue it was promptly and completely repaired in a couple hours. 

I will absolutely continue to bring my car there for maintenance and repairs. 

I highly recommend checking Pleasant Journey out if you’re in the market for a quality used car with a fantastic warranty and excellent service.

This is the best dealership you will ever go to. Love their no haggle price policy and 1 year warranty. Service is always prompt and the sales people are not pushy at all. You can get a great auto loan rate with the credit union they use.

Mo and Adrean were absolutely the best. They are great personalities to work with. Adrean is very detailed and patient while taking you through all of the steps and information required. She even tells you additional useful information that she is not required to share but does because she wants you to be in the best situation possible. They work with area credit unions to get you the best interest rate for financing and negotiated well on my behalf. Their warranty is 12 months which exceeds the legal requirement (i.e. 365 days instead of 60). They completed all my registration needs in the office. Highly recommend.

Since my husband and I are new to MA we asked around for recommendations for a reliable dealership in the area and Pleasant Journey was the first place the locals sent us. They were recommended to us by 3 separate people and it was excellent advice. Moving from out of state, there was a lot of MA paperwork we were unaccustomed to which was taken care of in a very timely manner. Their selection was excellent, no hassle, very straightforward and honest- everything I never thought a dealership could be. My husband was able to pick out the perfect vehicle for his new job and it had low mileage in addition to being immaculate. From the friendliness of the staff to their vehicles, they are hands down the best dealership we've ever done business with. Thank you Pleasant Journey!

They were exceptionally helpful, forthcoming, and accommodating. They had a good selection and price range. The car they sold me is in superb condition. Couldn't be happier with the experience.
