True customer service! My wife and I purchased a Pathfinder from Brandon. Unfortunately the title for the vehicle we purchased was not at ththe dealership. Brandon kept us informed every step of the way. Chandran the GM put us in a loaner pathfinder until we could take ours home. Although the issue with the title took some time to resolve, the team there made the wait worth it! If you need a car, go see Brandon! Top Notch!

A big thank you to the service department today for taking care of my car in a very professional manner and for providing me with transportation to and from the Holyoke Mall. During my day I was given updates from Emory about my car and when it was ready the driver promptly picked me up. Both drivers, to and from the mall,  were very friendly and polite.  I’d rate your dealership with a gold star.  After today I feel confident that my car is ready for the winter and since I am alone I am very grateful for your service. Thank you, Barbara Callahan

This review is for the Service department manager and a nice lady I spoke with on 10/05/17. I thought i had a ride to get my car  called back to see if i could get the shuttle. The nice lady told me she could not get the shuttle department and she thought that they were only doing unitl 5pm.  She did not have the number to give me but she game my number to the service Manager Danny and he followed up with me and is assisting me a ride to pick up my vehicle.  That is excellent customer service if I ever seen it. His follow up was excellent and they both went above and beyond to help me.  I truly appreciated it and they were my Angels.

I recently bought my vehicle here and Anaylin was great. She was very knowledgeable, and helpful. I would recommend anyone come here, the dealership is clean, and everyone is very friendly. Go see Anaylin for your new vehicle purchase! She will make it happen for you!!

They did a great job.  Honored the trade-in from the letter they sent me plus more. Really an awesome experience for my first lease a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. Highly recommend!
