My husband and I have bought several cars in our life together, and this one was definitely the most positive experience, and a very pleasant surprise. All other dealerships should take note of this low pressure, easy and pleasurable way to buy a car. My husband has always said that he would rather have a root canal without anesthesia than by a car! But not at Balise Toyota.

We live close to 2 hours away and had done quite a bit of research on line narrowing our choices down to 2. Although Balise was the closest, we would not have stopped there first had we not felt we were being treated honestly, so it was already clear on the phone that this was our favorite dealer. Donny is exceptional and when we arrived and met him, we immediately felt so comfortable, I eagerly and happily called the other dealer and with great relief let them know we would not be coming there. 

Chris, in the financing office, was equally pleasant to work with. We have big kudos for this dealership. Apart from their soft sales policy, their criteria for hiring it is a definite winner.

Hopefully we won't need another car too soon, but when we do we will definitely come back to Balise and will share our experience and encourage all to call Donny first!

Every time I go to Balise Toyota they always exceed my expectations!!!!! I am always treated like I am one of the family. Everyone is always smiling and happy to be there. Julie from service is always on top of her game and always makes a point to say, "Hello" when I am there. Bill Olsen is the Man. He always goes the extra mile! Last but not least Diane is Awesome. She really listens to you and takes care of you. I am thankful for all of them! They make my experiences tell other people to buy their car at Balise Toyota of West Springfield, Ma.

Bought a 2014 Toyota RAV4 and everybody was extremely helpful, accommodating, attentive to details and even made adjustments in their schedule to fit my schedule. Everybody was very thorough and personable. I worked closely with Donovan in finding the right car, Chou with getting the best price, Chris in closing the deal with all the paperwork and then Wendy who went over all the apps for the car and hooked up my phone! Highly recommend!

I like the way that my sales rep. showed me the car. One thing I didn’t like is that she did not know what some of the features that the car was and didn’t know right if the bat how to show me where my spare tire was! Other then that she was pretty good. In love with my car!

Really good place to shop for a vehicle! Selection and pricing are outstanding. The whole process from choosing to signing is made very easy. The training that you receive to learn your vehicle functions is excellent! If you are looking for a new or used vehicle and don't want the hype associated with the process, this is the place to shop! Karen is great to work with in sales and Wendy for training make one heck of a team. !
