I cannot express enough how pleased I am with this company.  My toilet would not flush and and was backing up into my bath tub and floor drain.  Because it was late in the evening I did not expect the company to send anyone out right away.  I was so relieved at their prompt response and timely arrival.  The gentlemen said my drain need to be cleaned out and quoted me a reasonable price.  They worked well into the night, about three hours, and were so respectful of my home (they even cleaned my tub!).  EZ Plumbing has a new customer for life.

I'm very disappointed with my customer experience with this company and I feel that I have been taken advantage of, as well as I fell I have been slated by the companies unwillingness make things right and to admit to their initial mistake. The company had to come out to my home twice over a two week period and charged me $190. for the first visit and $125. for the second visit. The second visit they cleaned out the main drain which should have been done on the first in order to avoid a second visit which cost the additional $125.  The gentlemen was nice, however I feel the company is more concerned about making money at every opportunity rather than creating happy customers. (Beware!)

I called this plumber service on this Monday (8/21/17) about my kitchen sink/laundry drain - water drained very slow. The plumber came that afternoon. He used two very powerful electric plumbing snakes and tried to open the clogged pipe. He spent more than an hour to clear the clogs but was unsuccessful. He told me my kitchen sink drain pipe was defeat (broken???) and I needed to pay for the $170.00 service. He did try the best he could to clear the clogs but my kitchen drain even got worse - no water can be drained at all: a complete clogged drain!!!

Since my kitchen sink and laundry are tied to the same pipe, I had to call another plumber near by to look at my horrible situation - the pipe is underground. The second plumber came in today (8/24/17). He looked at my water in the sink - two days now didn't even go down a drop. He immediately told me that my drain pipe is OK if the pipe were broken, the water level should have gone down or gone. Something must clog inside the pipe like cloth or some other objects. The electric plumbing snake would create a worse situation in this case. He used a hand plumbing snake instead of electric one and was able to bring some pieces of cloth. Within an hour, he completely opened the clogged drain and only charged me $120.00.

 I really don't mind to pay an extra for the service in which works. I ended up paying twice for a simple clogged drain service. Please think twice to use Plumber's Service.

Great experience!  Our kitchen sink wasn't draining; George arrived and within 45-min he had cleaned the line out to our sewer and we were set.  Efficient, knowledgeable, fair price.

Honestly I don't write many online reviews but these guys were legit.  Timely, courteous, knowledgeable and less than the other two competitors I considered.  Will not be going elsewhere for my drain cleaning needs.
