Our experience with this company was outstanding. When our furnace was "acting up" we called Benjamin Franklin. I've had mixed experiences with this company but after the latest service I'm very happy with them. My first experience led to a broken vacuum breaker while I was out of town after a technician left my sprinkler valve open while checking some frozen pipes. I was a little disappointed but after being persistent with the manager they stood by their service and replaced the vacuum breaker at no cost. I decided to give them another try as a result. During my latest experience Kevin installed an air injection system for iron and sulfur filtration and exceeded my expectations. He did a lot of extra things to clean up the mess of pipes and gave a lot of valued input during the install. They also replaced my hot water heater after discovering it was leaking. He was up front with costs and options along the way and finished the job efficiently. I'm extremely happy with the results and willing to stand by this company after they've proven they can fix their mistakes and offer service beyond expectations.

Lee was very knowledgeable and helpful. He quickly identified the problem with the line coming in from the main water line plus another valve problem. He was very patience and answered my questions. When I asked about a kitchen sink he helped me find what I needed and a new faucet. I had been looking on my own, but as the sink was an odd size had never been able to find the correct size. Lee put a lot of time & effort into finding that sink. His installation was beautiful. Great work.

Excellent Speedy Service

On both occasions I had your company out to my home the plumbers have arrived early. They were extremely efficient and explained in detail what work was done so that even I could understand 😀 The work was completed efficiently and clean up was excellent. I would definitely recommend your services to anyone and will call on you for any work I may need in the future. Many thanks

The plumber who installed our sump pump was courteous and capable.  He worked efficiently, answered all our questions, and left the area clean and orderly.  He also noted that our 23-year-old hot water heater would soon need replacement and gave us useful information but without sales pressure.  We would definitely call on Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again.
