I called in reference to an oil change, to my surprise I didn't need to schedule an appointment. Mr Marcus Nelson exhibited excellent customer service over the phone and speedy, professional service from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. I was delighted to see that plastic cover was used to cover the seats while my vehicle was being services. Also my car was given a friendly car wash. Finally, I must add the cashier was pleasant and professional as well. Thank you to the service department of Pohanka Hyundai of Capital Heights for a wonderful car service experience. The employees are very helpful! I've been a loyal customer for both of my cars. Dmitri has always taken good care of any issues I've had. Great place to get your car serviced! Speedy process and prices are reasonable.

Mr. Al Brooks was my salesman and he was phenomenal. Was very optimistic and got me in the car I wanted. And the Finance manager (can't remember his name) was equally great. Great customer service and very friendly. Will definitely recommend!

I recently had my vehicle serviced at Pohanka Hyundai. I received great customer service and communication from Dmitri, my advisor. My vehicle was in and out quickly, and the repairs recommended were reasonable and within my budget. I will return to Pohanka and see Dmitri again for future vehicle needs.
