Awesome service... The really help get the car of your dreams... If you go to VW Capital Heights go see Mr. Dan he is very helpful and will set you up with one of the great sell people that work their. Ms. Terry sold me my car and she was great. Very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Overall great experience.

I spoke with VW Telephone Rep today Jun 24, 2017 at 1pm to see if I had time to get a oil change.  I was transferred to Service Dept who wasn't available and Telephone Rep told me to come in anyway. I get there at 1:20 pm and Service Rep (female) said she couldn't do an oil change due to 2 cars ahead of me.

After I told her, the Telephone Rep told me to come in, she said sorry and walked away out the door. I stopped her and asked what time do you stop taking cars? She said at 1:30 with NO EFFORT to see if the technicians can finish the job before they close at 3.  

All other Service Reps I've previously worked with at this location have been great and at least would've took the time to ask the technician. 

This is the 1st time I've experienced such rude service from a dealership.

The young lady who told me to come in called at approximately 1:30 to apologize.

Was traveling from out of town when I had an issue with my car.  Was nervous about going to a dealer I wasn't familiar with; however, Scott was very professional and assisted quickly with getting me back on the road to reach by destination.   Scott made this easy for me,  he made me at ease and assured me he'd get things taken care of for me. They definitely went above and beyond.  Would highly recommend this dealer to anyone local or just passing thru

Terrible to deal with! I found a car online that they had on their lot. The car was listed as new with 96 miles on it. After a 3.5 hour drive to get to the dealership, I found out that it actually had 5,600 miles on it. When we were doing the paperwork, I had to stand at a counter out in the open rather than at a desk. There were several mistakes in the paperwork and had to be done multiple times. The next day when I say the car in the sunlight (I was at the dealership at night) I saw multiple dents in the hood and roof from the car being in a hail storm that I wasn't told about. Also, there was no owners manual in the car and after several calls asking them to send it to me, I still have no manual. There is no way that I would ever recommend anyone to buy a vehicle here!!
